Every person reaching out to Encounters communicates directly with Barna. Every trip is personally planned, and every client receives the same level of attention and care, whether it is a simple liveaboard or a highly specialized expedition on the other side of the planet.
Encounters has always been intentionally personal and small-scale. There are no sales teams or outsourced trip planners. The same person leading expeditions in the field is also the one answering emails, discussing destinations, and helping put trips together.
Responses can occasionally take a little longer than usual. Sometimes Barna is underwater, somewhere deep in the jungle, crossing an ocean, or simply in a place with very limited internet access. But every message will be answered.
